At Noors, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Returns or exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Customized or stitched orders cannot be returned or exchanged. Refunds are issued only if the received item is defective or incorrect. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
